Ready to Wear Wigs have a processing time that is up to 10 business days with 1-3 days needed for shipping (11-13 total days). All other items have a processing time of 2-5 business days and 1-3 days needed for shipping. Processing time is extended during holidays (3-8 total days).

We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not offer overnight/express shipping, so we encourage customers to place their orders with enough time for processing and shipment! Holidays and sales may extend wait. Tracking will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped out.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We believe in delivering only the healthiest and most beautiful products to you. Our Hair is handled with care and properly packaged using covid -19 sanitary PPE CAUTION. We care about the safety of you and others, Conté Collections has a strict no return policy.

ONLY EXCEPTIONS FOR A RETURN is if you have received the wrong product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with wraps/tags, and in its original packaging.  Customers have 7 days after receiving the item to send a return or exchange inquiry with photos of the wrong unit to contecollectionsllc@gmail.com

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too so please be patient and wait up to 1-5 business days.

Our wigs come in a size medium, measuring to a 22" head circumference. This is the average head size of most women and fits most heads. Our wigs also come with an elastic band making it easy to adjust to your head size. We have a strict no exchange and no return policy so please measure your head before making a purchase.

Units in the Ready to Wear Collection come fully customized with plucking, bleached knots, and is styled. They are convenient for those who install their own units and who don’t want to do a lot of work to customize it (lace will still need to be cut). Units in the frontal and closure wig collection do not come customized and will need to be styled. They are for those who will be taking their units to a hairstylist for install or who like to style their hair themselves (plucking, bleaching, etc.)

Unfortunately, no. We do not take on custom orders. Units in our Ready to Wear Collection are our only pre-styled option and frontal/closure wigs you will have to style yourself (or take to stylist).
